Christophe Minnart joins Questa Law as partner

Corporate M&A specialist Christophe Minnart (39) has joined the Corporate M&A practice of Questa Law as a partner. Previously, he worked subsequently in the corporate departments of Stibbe and Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick before co-founding the Brussels based law firm crosslaw in 2013.

Christophe Minnart is a Belgian lawyer whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate governance issues, corporate reorganisations, corporate advice, complex corporate and commercial contracts and dispute resolution.

He advises SME’s as well as major international and/or listed companies in a wide range of industries.

In addition to his law practice, Christophe is visiting professor at the KU Leuven and he is associated with the Institute for the Law of Obligations. He is also appointed as deputy judge.

Questa law is a semi full-service business law firm with offices in Antwerp and Brussels. It is primarily active in corporate and commercial law, ICT, Insolvency, real estate and employment law.
